Kids House Operations
Trent first joined Makanalani as an intern in 2022, and after a year of being an intern, he said “see you later” to his hometown in Missouri to join us on staff full time. He has a heart for camp ministry and loves to get out and surf!

Charles came to us with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Well over a decade of management with operations like BJ’s, Cheese Cake Factory, and Fish District.

Clayton joined in early 2021, bringing over a decade of leadership running a camp and conference center. With a background in real estate and a focus on strategy and operations, he’s been driving growth and keeping the team on point ever since.

The longest standing employee within the organization, Brianna has invested a great deal in making JoJo’s Shave Ice in Waimea a great place to work. She also oversees both of the other Kauai Locations.
